The Torrance is a 310,000 sq.ft. luxury working space in central Torrance. It boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center with weekly Yoga and HIIT classes. A boutique coffee shop by Steelhead coffee, and an onsite operations team that truly makes you feel at home.
As part of their marketing efforts, a print brochure was created along with a small batch gifted gin for investors and business partners. Everything was design with the rich history of Torrance in mind.
